We partnered with the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Communications Team to bring the Hospitals of the Future campaign to life — a public engagement initiative supporting the Building the Leeds Way redevelopment programme. Our brief was to make complex transformation plans clear, accessible, and inspiring for staff, patients, and the wider Leeds community.

From a fresh campaign identity to brochures, banners, reports, infographics, wall graphics and even large-scale building wraps, every piece was designed in line with NHS brand guidelines and the Trust’s values. The result was a suite of creative materials that built excitement, improved understanding, and strengthened engagement during a pivotal moment in the city’s healthcare history.
