The Leeds Health & Care Academy’s vision is to create ‘One Leeds Workforce’ with the best skills, founded upon the best research and evidence, to care for the people of Leeds.

We were approached by Leeds Academic Partnership to assist in the creation of the identity and positioning for the new academy which brings together the planning, coordination, resource and delivery of learning and development for staff working in health and care in the city.

With the aim of illustrating that innovation through collaboration is the most effective way of transforming the training of health and care staff in Leeds, we created a dynamic identity to visually showcase the vision of this groundbreaking new way of supporting the creation of a highly engaged health and care workforce.
